Hi,

I just installed SiberianCMS on a gentoo system running php-7.0 on apache–2.4.27. I did setup everything as requested and I could setup the database connection, download the plugins, create the user but I cannot get past last step of installation where it says “Let’s start creating your app”

192.168.10.34 – – [21/Nov/2017:22:13:52 +0100] “POST /installer/installation_application/create HTTP/1.1” 400 58 “http://siberiancms.shadowsrealm.ch/” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36”

so as you can see I get a httpd 400 which is according the html codes a bad request. But there’s zero information, absolutely nothing in the error log. I just see this line in access logs and install is now stuck.

My question is: How to fix if there’s no error? And do I somehow have to start over from scratch by deleting database contents?

Thanks for any help cause this is quite frustating getting a 400 without any further error.

Update: Meanwhile I downgraded to php-5.6, cleared dbs and did a fresh install of the document root, still having exactly the same error in the last step of installer

Why, is there no logs? Is this a known bug?

Hi,

 

When i select the round button menu the menu turns in to oval shape on a iphone 7. How can i resolved this?

I get a white screen on running index.php on install. I have checked all permissions, #hash .htaccess but still white page.

Server: CentOS 6.8, PHP 5.5 Mysql 5.5

Any suggestions ?

I would like in the finalization of the purchase order, the possibility of adding a field concerning cash return.

Example: One customer made a “Cheese Pizza – $ 18.00” order with delivery and the customer wants to pay with a “$ 20.00”. I would like the client informace in the application that will pay with $ 20.00 and that we should send $ 2.00 as cash return

I’ve downloaded the previewer app for Android, but whatever login/password combi I try, I cannot get in. Is there something I have to different?

Thanks for the info! Sorry for the late reply as I did not receive any notification of it.

Would you be able to advise if it is possible to embed PHP or pass user variables (e.g. e-mail address) directly in the Custom Page / Source Code modules? It would be ideal if we could embed an IFRAME in the Custom Page / Source Code module and pass user or session variables in the IFRAME hyperlink for business logic processing on another server or domain.

check wish PHP version you use. PHP 5.6+  is what you a need.

then check you log files and show me the error for your domain.

Hey there,

check your PHP version , many error can got on the wrong php version. check the premission on the folder. dont use it in a subdomain folder . WRONG http://sub.domain.XX/FOLDER/

download the latest package to install.

I created a sub-domain and install siberianCMS on my server. The installation stopped at last step(when i should put the name off aplication). When I try to open it again shows the following 500 error:

A Fatal Error Occurred

For security reasons, errors messages are disabled.

Error log: error__5a046f46bd017.log

Can anyone help me?

i use it on php 7.0.1 without problems. check your premission in the folder.
take a look in the logs of apache or ngix.

download the latest package on githup.

check you premission in your root folder and update to the latest version.
any template and module is working without problems.

last try for installation was yesterday :)

Meanwhile it works but only because SiberianCMS fixed the issue which was blocking new installs exactly at the point where I was stuck. I wrote them to please fix this outstanding issue as there were tickets on github with exactly same problem beeing 14 days old without them fixing it. Finally they did and now installation was working as it should also on PHP 7.0
